The French expression ‘École Buissonnière’ implies the notion of student skipping school and hiding out in the bushes. The metaphor of the ‘bush’ as a place of resistance and creation is an ongoing curatorial research that began in 2017. I see what I (don’t) see is a lecture that focuses on the different place of bushes where the artists and writers reimagine with their own languages; melancholy, anxiety, oblivion, oppression, transcendence, etc. ( ) in I see what I (don’t) see suggests that we recognize an unspoken space which cannot be properly named or seen.

Metafora "puskasta" vastarinnan ja luomisen paikkana on jatkuva kuraattoritutkimus, joka alkoi vuonna 2017. I see what I (don't) see on luento, joka keskittyy puskien erilaisiin paikkoihin, joissa taiteilijat ja kirjailijat kuvittelevat uudelleen omilla kielillään; melankoliaa, ahdistusta, unohdusta, sortoa, transsendenssiä jne. ( ) in I see what I (don't) see viittaa siihen, että tunnistamme puhumattoman tilan, jota ei voi kunnolla nimetä tai nähdä.
Enna Bae (1974-) is currently working as independent curator and writer in Seoul. Bae’s curatorship is based on the research of live-ness and its fictional experience exploring divers art platforms; performance, exhibition, festival and biennial. Bae studied the French Literature in Seoul and obtained the master of Gestion des Institutions Culturelles in Paris IX. Her first exhibition Cour des Miracle was selected and organized by Doosan Gallery Curatorial Open Call in 2018. She continued to organize group and artists’ solo exhibitions in Seoul; Welcome Back at Space ISU (supported by Arts Council Korea) in 2020 and Soyoung Chung’s solo exhibition, Sea Cucumber, Manganese and Ear at One and J. Gallery in 2021. Since 2007, she has been collaborating with diverse institutions in Korea: Art Sonje Center, Media City Seoul, Gwangju Biennial and MMCA among others and may continue with more.
Enna Bae (1974-) työskentelee tällä hetkellä itsenäisenä kuraattorina ja kirjailijana Soulissa. Baen kuraattorityö perustuu elävyyden ja sen fiktiivisen kokemuksen tutkimukseen, jossa hän tutkii erilaisia taidealustoja: performanssia, näyttelyä, festivaalia ja biennaalia. Bae on opiskellut ranskalaista kirjallisuutta Soulissa ja hankki maisterin tutkinnon Gestion des Institutions Culturelles Paris IX:ssä.
